Mahjong Racks
Every rack is built by hand in our family workshop. Pick one of our standard pre-built or exotic pieces. Or choose the wood, size, and details — we'll build a set that lasts generations.
Hardwood and built to last racks
All finished racks are coated several times in a water based polyurethane clear finish. We stock 20" racks currently, but can make any size through custom requests. Large variety of wood species, can make any style rack. We can add inlays and make any number of modifications to fit your tiles, play style, and preference. If there's something you want, that you dont see, just submit a custom request.
Standard rectangle or scalloped pushers
Attached with magnets, hinges, or nothing. We can add magnets to the top of the exposure for the pusher to be stored, or we can notch out the bottom of the rack and inlay magnets for the pusher to store up inside the bottom of the rack in a few different variations.
Accessories
Our own lines of cases and dice bowls are coming soon. In the meantime, if you'd like to order one custom or with your set, we can make that happen. Just place a custom request detailing what you'd like!
Ready to ship
Finished sets that are available right now — no wait time. If you dont see something you like, or we are out of stock of something you would like to see again, just submit a custom request, and we'll get it in the works!

Request a custom setPRICING note: all prices are estimates for the customers reference, and subject to change based on intricacy of the project. The price is not set until it is sent in an email as a quote. All custom rack set prices include standard pushers.
Base wood rack
Starting price for a single rack, based on the wood species chosen. This will coincide with the price the standard rack set would sell for on the website. ie... if you want Purpleheart, the base price is $299, then custom features raise the price from there. The standard rack is 20"L x 2-5/8"W x 1" H. you can request shorter racks at no additional cost. I just do not stock them.
Custom size
Larger, smaller, or a custom-sized portion of the rack built to your specs. Can change Length, width, and height to your preferences. Some Feature upgrades may require specific minimum sizes.
Custom stain color
Send images, references, or actual color samples — I'll match it and return your samples with the finished product.
Front ledge lip
A lip added to the front of the ledge to lock tiles in. For some tile sizes this will increase the ledge size. This may increase the width of the rack, depending on the other upgrades it is paired with.
Hidden magnetic pusher storage
Built into the bottom of the rack — hidden from the exposure side, pusher ends still visible from the sides. This will increase the width of the rack if paired with the stackable feature.
Stackable racks
Adds a groove to the bottom of the racks so they stack cleanly for storage. This will add to the width of the rack if paired with the hidden pusher storage feature.
Scalloped pushers
Adds scallops to all 4 pushers. They will also be magnetized. If you want scalloped pushers, and the hidden pusher storage feature, it will increase the width of the rack.
Add a hinge
Removes the left pair of magnets and adds a pinned or jewelry-box hinge to the left side of the pusher. Right-side magnets remain by default. Hinge w/ no magnets must be clearly communicated during final pricing.
Tile marker inlay
A contrasting wood inlay notched into the back top of the ledge, sized to your tile set. Send your exact tile measurements — I'll count 19 tiles and inlay your chosen contrasting wood at the mark. No more counting with fingers.
Custom inlays
Prices start at 200 but vary greatly project to project. I'm working on a few showcase projects now — if there's something specific you think would be awesome, interesting, or crazy you want inlaid, reach out with the details. Most likely I can do it.
